The Actuarial Foundation
  • This foundation helps students and teachers learn mathematics with many free resources
  • This is an example of solving real world questions using mathematical tools through the Actuarial Foundation

Wolfram Math
  • This math website features applets that explain math is easy terms
  • There are also applets which solve from very easy to complex math problems

Wired Math
  • The University of Waterloo put out this website with resources to teach students in grades 7-10

Teach-nology
  • This website contains lesson plans, as well as teacher resources, math worksheets and rubrics
  • There are many teaching tips and ideas for new teachers as well

Math Online
  • This website was made through the Peel District School board and features applets, resources and games for all ages of students in the classroom in a great number of math subject areas
